Itinerary

Friday October 30th:  

    • Registration opens at 12:30pm (Gym)
    • School Tour 2:00pm
    • Pep Rally 3:00pm (Stadium, will move to Gym in the event of weather) 
    • Hornet Football Homecoming Game + Pre–Game Tail Gate: Food, Class Cook-off, Face Painting, & Temporary Tattoos. Cost for event: Adults (17 and up) $15 and all children 16 and under $5
    • -Tailgate 4:00pm - 7:00pm **Please bring your own lawn chairs**
    • -Football Game Kickoff 7:00pm
    • Bowling after party at Sheridan Lanes (3121 S. Sheridan Rd.) 10:30pm - 1:00am.   Cost for event: $20 includes unlimited bowling and shoe rental (adults only) - all proceeds will go toward the Memorial Scholarship in honor of Leo Blades. Open to the public.



Saturday October 31st:

    • Family Event (open to public) - Boo Haa Haa Parade on Brookside 8:00am - 5:00pm: Pancake Breakfast at 8:00am, Trick or Treating & kid zones at 12:00pm, Children's costume contest at 1:30pm, Parade at 3:00pm, and Class of 2000 will be hosting a candy table. Activities are not covered by your registration fee.
    • Orange and Black Extravaganza at Hyatt Regency (100 E. 2nd St) 9:00pm - 1:00am: Dancing, Costume Contest, Picture Taking Area, Heavy Hors D'oeuvres, Cash Bar (Adults Only). Cost for event: $30 per guest. 
    • The Orange & Black Extravaganza will be open to any/all BTW alumni. We will have a private VIP cocktail hour with awards and hors d'oeuvres for Class of 2000 members and their prepaid spouses/guests from 9pm-10pm. From 10pm-1am we will open the hornet party to other alumni where we will be dancing and giving away prizes for costumes. We are pre-selling tickets for non-class of 2000 alumni for $15, for anyone who is interested. Their ticket does not guarantee food.

Sunday November 1st:

    • (Optional) Brunch at 624 Kitchen & Catering (624 S. Boston Ave.) 12:00pm - 2:00pm. Please check website at 624catering.com to check their menu and pricing so we can RSVP by October 15th to reserve your seat.
